What to write about
- A problem with a download — a file that won't open, is missing, or isn't what the page described.
- A county or state you want covered next. Say where you are; requests decide the order.
- A correction to any page on this site.
- Using a download across a team or an organisation, which the standard licence doesn't cover.
Reporting a correction
If something on a page is wrong or out of date, say which page and what changed — a link to the body's own page is ideal. Corrections are made at the source, the page's verification date is reset, and the sources list is updated to match.
That applies to the free reference pages and the paid downloads equally. A file you already bought does not go stale on you silently; corrections to a product are reissued.
What this site can't help with
I can't give legal advice, tell you whether to file a case, or act for you with an agency. If that's what you need, you need a lawyer, not a template.
